A family-owned company
Norlandia Health & Care Group AS (NHC Group) is a family-owned, multinational company headquartered in Oslo. Founded in the early 1990s by Kristian and Roger Adolfsen, the company has always focused on a long-term, socially responsible perspective. Today, the group comprises companies within sectors such as healthcare and care services, preschools, integration services, as well as services for individuals and families, operating in Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, and Poland. Despite the diversity of its operations, a common characteristic among its users is that they are in a life phase where they need care, supervision, or assistance. The company aims to be an innovator in welfare and a powerhouse for maintaining and developing welfare services.
Social responsibility
NHC is a socially responsible actor with orderly and transparent financial conditions. It is a responsible and serious employer, considers the environment, and facilitates a multicultural and inclusive work environment.
The company has ambitious goals for a good working environment, low sick leave, and stable staff. It has a clear HR policy and comprehensive ethical guidelines that are well known and accepted by all employees and owners.
The Adolfsen brothers: Quality shall be our hallmark
The owners of NHC develop welfare services for the citizens of society, both young and old. "We aim to offer quality services and be a reference in the community. We will always deliver and stay ahead so that we are the preferred choice," say brothers Kristian and Roger Adolfsen, founders and owners of Norlandia Health & Care Group.
